The numbers a 25-guard company actually asks for

Not a dashboard builder. Nine fixed views that answer the questions owners, supervisors and clients ask every week — coverage, tours, incidents, welfare, dispatch, billing, who is reliable — computed live from the same records the rest of Watchbill keeps, for any period, client or site.

One filter bar, nine views

Pick a period — last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month, last month, the last 12 months or any custom range — and optionally a client or a site. Every tab recomputes from live rows; nothing is cached, pre-summarised or a day behind. Charts for the shape of things, grids for the detail, and the same numbers whichever way you look.

  • Overview — shifts and coverage %, hours clocked against scheduled, late and left early, tours, incidents, welfare escalations, invoiced and overdue
  • Coverage — completed, missed, canceled, late, left early, open shifts filled and unfilled, by week and by site
  • Tours & patrols — tours due and completed, checkpoint scans and late scans, patrol runs under target, checklists, by guard and site
  • Incidents — count, approval state, hours from submission to approval, police / EMS / injury flags, by category, severity, site and officer
  • Welfare & presence — check-ins answered and escalated, off-site minutes, silent phones, watch-mode timers, panic alerts
  • Dispatch — calls by job type, priority and site, assign and on-scene targets met, and whether the report each type requires was attached
  • Billing — invoiced, paid, outstanding, overdue and days to pay, by month and client
  • Guards — one row per person: reliability, late, left early, hours, reports, scans, welfare escalations, sites worked
  • Pick lists — how often each value of your own report fields was chosen

Your report forms, counted

The incident categories you defined, the activity and observation types in the DAR, and every select, multi-select and lookup field on your custom forms are pick lists. Analytics counts how often each value was chosen, grouped by template and field across versions. If "Door propped open" is the most-picked observation at one site every week, you now know it, and so can the client.

A guard scorecard with a fairness note

Per guard: shifts assigned, completed and missed, a reliability percentage, late and left early, hours, reports and incidents, tours and scans, welfare escalations, off-site minutes and the sites they worked. It comes with a note we mean: the guard on the worst site looks worst. Use it to ask questions, not to rank people.

Proof for the renewal meeting

Filter to one client and the Overview is the service summary they want to see: coverage, tours completed, incidents and how fast they were reviewed, dispatch response targets met. The compiled DAR and the site day log carry the detail behind any number.

Questions owners ask

Can I build my own dashboards?

Not in Watchbill. These are fixed pages chosen to answer what owners and clients actually ask; a BI export is on the list for companies that outgrow them.

Who can see Analytics?

Company owners and administrators. Supervisors see their sites' numbers through the Shifts, Tours and Live Ops pages instead; clients see approved reports and patrol visits in the portal.

How far back does it go?

Any range up to 400 days, over your live data. There is no archive to load and no nightly job to wait for.
