The quickest way is the QR code above: print it on your onboarding sheet or show it on screen, and an officer scans it with the phone camera. It lands on this page, so the same code works for iPhone and Android — you don't need separate handouts.
Officers don't create their own accounts. Add them in the web back office first, and they'll sign in with a one-time code sent to their work email.
