What counts as a billable seat?
Only enabled guards and supervisors. Office admins and your clients’ portal logins are always free.
What does the beta cost?
Nothing while it runs. Beta agencies get full access with no card on file, and a locked-in founding-customer rate when we open to everyone. Everything you enter during the beta carries over.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees, no annual contract on the monthly plan, cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your data stays exportable.
What happens when my team grows or shrinks?
Monthly plans: your seat count on invoice day is what you pay — no mid-month proration either way. Annual plans: you buy seats, not names — replace staff freely within your paid seats; adding seats beyond them is charged prorated for the remainder of your term, and your count adjusts down at renewal.
Is every feature really included?
Yes. One plan, everything on. We’d rather win on the product than on a pricing-page puzzle.
